This is a FIRST-ANNUAL BBQ Cookoff event which received an affiliation from Kansas City BBQ, which means BBQ cookers from all over will be coming in to compete. And rain or shine, there are a plethora of activities going on around the cookoff, including lots of food and beverages, a KIDS FUN area, and of course a stage where there will be music playing from 1pm-10pm! The Dogs' acoustic trio will be performing at 7pm for a 75 minute set, but expect lots of interaction and jamming all afternoon...since we helped the organizer book all the acts! Abby Anne Cazel kicks off at 1, then Spencer Rush at 2pm, Taylor Moore solo at 3:15, bluegrass with The Bent Strings at 4:30, Doug Jones of Cravin' Melon and his family band at 5:45, the Dogs acoustic trio at 7, then the young and talented Midway Blue from Florence SC closing the show from 8:30-10, full band style!
